PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES 
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Vanilla

Cream brown sugar, shortening, egg, and pineapple together. Sift dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

Brown 3 tablespoons butter. Add 1 cup powdered sugar, pineapple juice to make right for spreading, 2 or 3 tablespoons.
