BLUEBERRY AND RAISIN MUFFINS 
4 oz. plain flour, sieved
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 oz. Bran
9 fl. oz. milk
2 tbsp. clear honey
1 egg, beaten
3 oz. raisins
2 oz. blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans. Put flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Soak bran about 5 minutes in milk before stirring into flour with honey and egg. Add raisins and blueberries.
