J B BLUEBERRIES MUFFINS 
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bran flakes
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Beat eggs and add oil, sugar, syrup and milk. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients together, then add to liquids. Fold in bran flakes and blueberries. Divide into 24 muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from tins and cool.
