CANADIAN FISH AND CHIPS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. beer

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Dip fish in the flour mixture. Mix beaten eggs, beer and oil together and add to flour mixture and stir together. Re-dip fish into the batter. Deep fry at 375 degrees.
