APPLE DUMPLINGS 
5 med. apples, cut in half
1 can 10 Hungry Jack biscuits

SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix all together.

Roll biscuits out flat. Put 1/2 apple on biscuit and roll up. Place rolled up apples in a 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish. Bring syrup to a boil and pour over apples. Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Take out 2 or 3 times and baste with syrup while baking.
