CALIFORNIA SUNSHINE DIP 
1 can enchilada bean dip (10 1/2 oz.)
1/2 c. guacamole
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips

On a large plate or platter, create a sun shape starting with bean dip in the center and arranging other ingredients in circles around each successive ingredient. Be creative with whatever you have and mix colors alternately. Serve with chips.
