BUTTER-NUT CRUNCH 
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi sweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. water

Combine sugar, salt, water and butter; heat to boiling. Cook to light cracking stage, 280 degrees.
