PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
Pepperoni, julienne strips
Provolone cheese
2 green peppers, slice and saute
Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt

Flour board and bread; spread out in 15 inch rectangle. Roll dough out very thin. Add pepperoni, peppers, cheese and salt on top. Fold over in thirds.

Brush with egg wash on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
