PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 pkg. (2 loaves) frozen bread dough
1 lb. brick cheese
2 eggs
6" stick pepperoni

Thaw bread and let rise per instructions on package.

FILLING: Grate pepperoni (take off outer skin). Grate cheese. Combine pepperoni and cheese in large bowl. Add eggs and mix until sticky.

Roll out one loaf to cover cookie sheet. Cover with cheese and pepperoni mixture. Roll out the other loaf and put on top of mixture. Seal all edges by pinching closed.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. (Can be frozen after baked and saved for serving at later date.)
