INSALATA ITALIANA 
3/4 c. safflower or corn oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 rounded tsp. mixed Italian herbs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dill seed
2 dashed of Tabasco sauce (optional)

Mix all together (an empty oil bottle is very good for pouring). Shake extremely well before serving. Everyone says this is REALLY good.
