BANANA HEALTH SHAKE 
1 banana or other fruit
7 tsp. or 1 individual serving cup of yogurt (vanilla or fruit flavored)
1 c. orange juice
4 tsp. wheat germ

Throw all ingredients into a blender; blend well and serve. This is a high carbohydrate, high energy shake that I look foward to each morning. The fruit and yogurt may be varied for many flavors.
