1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 c. rice (not instant) 4 chicken breasts or 1 cut up chicken Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and rice in bottom of casserole dish. Layer chicken pieces on top. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 2-2 1/2 hours. Don't peek! | |
