CARBONARA 
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
1 lb. fettuccine
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Pepper to taste

Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion until golden. Add bacon and heat several minutes. Meanwhile in a saucepan, heat water and cook fettuccine. Drain pasta. Add eggs, cheese and pepper to skillet and cook over low heat 2 to 4 minutes. Then add pasta, stir and serve. 4 servings.
