SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
mushroom
pineapple tidbits
bell pepper
mixed vegetables
all purpose cream (pack)
Nestle cream (can)
spaghetti (pasta)
ham
ground pork
onion, garlic, pepper, salt, butter
melt cheese
milk (evaporated)
flour

Put butter into pan; add garlic, onion until brown. Put the ground porkand ham. Saute until brown. Add cheese.

When the cheese is melted, add mixed vegetables, milk, nestle cream, bell pepper, all purpose cream, pepper and salt.

When it reaches a boil, dissolve the flour in, a little bit at a time until when it has thickened to desired consistency.

Since when does Carbonara have vegetables pineapple and ground pork in it?? All you need is hot pasta, eggs, peccorino romano cheese, guanciale (or bacon if you can't find it) and fresh ground pepper. I have no idea what this recipe is for, but it is NOT Carbonara!!
