SPEKAROUSE 
This recipe was handed down over last 30 years. It was brought to my family by a great grandma from Romania.. It is traditional at Christmas time.

1 lb. bacon minced
1 large onion, minced
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
yeast dough, enough for 2 loaves of bread

Mix first 4 ingredients. Roll out a yeast dough into egg roll shapes, add filling into middle. Roll up and seal. Bake in 400°F degree oven approx 10 minutes.
