1 lg. pkg. Oreos (crumble in blender)
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. French Vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter, set aside. Mix milk, pudding, and Cool Whip together and add to cream mixture. Use 8 inch plastic flower pot - put plastic lid from Cool Whip in bottom of flower pot. Layer crumbs and cream mixture, starting and ending with crumbs, no need to pack. Serve with artificial flowers in pot, use dirt scoop to serve. VERY RICH.
