TACO SEASONING MIX 
1/4 c. instant minced dry onion
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. salt (optional)
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. instant minced garlic
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. oregano, crushed well
1 tbsp. each basil and marjoram
1 tsp. paprika

Combine. Brown ground beef; drain. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of mix. Add 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon catsup. Simmer until water evaporates. Mix makes enough for six batches, eight tacos each batch.
