2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne

Combine all ingredients in shaker container. Use instead of 1 package taco seasoning mix or as a seasoning for meats and vegetable. Store tightly covered in a cool dry place.

NOTE: To reduce salt, substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Makes about 3 tablespoons.
