4 c. unpeeled apples (Green Delicious - 3)
8 oz. crushed pineapple

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg

Cook until thick and cool. When cooled, add to the following:

1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
2 c. salted peanuts (12 oz.)

Mix together crushed pineapple and apples with cooled ingredients mixture. Enjoy!
