SALSA DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (or Rotel)

Microwave ingredients in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe bowl on high for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips. (May also be cooked in crock pot.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
