TEXAS STAR CHICKEN | |
Marinate 12 chicken breasts cut in half or smaller pieces. This makes a lot and may be frozen. MARINADE: 1 lg. can pineapple juice 1 c. LaChoy soy sauce 1 c. sugar (2 cups if you like it very sweet) 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper Mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cut up chicken breast and refrigerate at least 4 hours (beef overnight). May be grilled or baked. |
