FRUIT PIZZA 
Crust:

1 pkg. sugar cookie mix or 1 roll sugar cookie dough

Filling:

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:

peach slices
banana slices
fresh blueberries
grape halves
kiwi fruit slices
fresh strawberry slices
1/2 c. apricot preserves, heated and strained

Preheat oven to 350°F F.

For crust, prepare cookie mix following package directions for original recipe. Spread evenly on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan.

Bake at 350°F for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool completely.

For filling, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in small bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate until chilled.

For topping, dry fruits thoroughly on paper towels. Arrange fruit in circles on chilled crust working from outside edge toward center. Brush fruit with warmed preserves to glaze. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 12 servings.

Tip: To keep bananas and peaches from turning brown, dip slices in lemon juice.
