1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls Separate and place in pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes; cool. FILLING: 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together and spread on cooled crust. Fruit layer: Arrange fruit on cream cheese layer. Beginning with the center with a pineapple ring, then strawberries, kiwi slices, mandarin oranges, apples, bananas, plums, green or blue grapes. Any combination can be used. GLAZE: 1 c. orange juice 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch Cook and cool. Pour and spread over fruit to edge of crust. |
