ARTICHOKE PIE | |
1 (9 inch) pie crust shell 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (water pack), rinsed, drained, and cut up 3 eggs 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese 1 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Place eggs, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Romano cheese in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork. Add artichoke hearts and Mozzarella. Stir. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. |
