24-HOUR SALAD 
1/2 to 3/4 head cauliflower (cut up in sm. pieces)
1 head lettuce (chopped)
1/2 red onion (chopped) (important ingredient)
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 head broccoli (cut up in sm. pieces)

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer vegetables, pour mixed dressing on top. Stir next day when ready to serve.

Serves 10-15.
