1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. pecans or nuts of your choice

Bring sugar, cream and butter to a soft ball stage (234 degrees), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add vanilla nd cinnamon. Stir until thickened. Add nuts and stir until well coated. Turn out onto buttered cookie sheet. Separate.
