CRUNCHY CANDIED NUTS

1 egg white
2 tbsp. orange juice

Use the above to coat a 10 ounce bag of pecans. Then roll them in:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Coat. Bake on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour.
