CREME DE MENTHE BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
2 c. graham crackers crumbs

FILLING:

1 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter; stir in cocoa. Add sugar, beaten egg, vanilla, crumbs and coconut. Press in 9x13 inch pan and chill.
