SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
2 c. fresh blueberries

Blend flour and 3 tablespoons brown sugar into sour cream. Mix well. Pour half of mixture into crust. Mix remaining brown sugar with berries; pour over cream mixture. Add remaining mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 or 15 minutes. Chill.
