BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM PIE 
This recipe comes from my mother who has her own blueberry bushes. It's a pie she makes often and takes to shut-ins.

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1egg
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1 unbaked, 9-inch pastry shell
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. flour

In large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, beat 5 minutes or until smooth. Fold blueberries into batter. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Combine butter, flour and nuts. Crumble over pie. Bake 10 more minutes. Chill before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
