CRANBERRY APPLE GELATIN MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry (or mixed fruit) gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tart med. apple, finely chopped (about 1 c.)
1 (7 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of cloves

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add apple, cranberry sauce, orange rind, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Stir to blend. Pour into 3 cup mold or an empty 1 pound 4 ounce can. Chill at least 5 hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 side salads. Easily doubled, using a 16 ounce can of cranberry sauce.
