FIX AND FORGET HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can mixed vegetables with liquid
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water

Brown beef and cook the rice. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Put in casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Can be put in slow cooker and cook for about 4 hours. Do not cook rice for slow cooker.
