MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 egg
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
2/3 c. fresh ground soda crackers
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. finely diced green pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredients but use 1/2 the can of onion soup. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. After first 1/2 hour of cooking time, pour remaining soup over the top and continue baking.
