BEEF STEW 
1 lb. beef cubes
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 of onion, chopped
1 pkg. Lipton's beefy onion soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Franco American beef gravy
1 can peas
5 lg. potatoes
5 lg. carrots
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Use large pot, cook oil, garlic, onion on low for 1 minute then add beef cubes until they turn brown. Cook beefy onion soup like the directions on the box. Then add to the pot of beef cubes. Add carrot and potato slices and can of beef gravy mix with 1 can of water. Add can of peas, parsley, salt and pepper; mix. Cook for about 2 hours on low heat.
