EASY BEEF AND GRAVY | |
1/2 to 2 lbs. stew beef 1 env. onion soup mix 2 cans water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup Place beef in roasting pan. Mix soups and water together and pour over the beef. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours. May be served over rice or noodles or as the main dish. Makes its own delicious gravy. |
