CHICKEN KABOBS 
2 1/2 lb. boned skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. apple juice
Pinch of onion powder
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Green pepper (chunks)
Pineapple chunks
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms

Cut chicken breast into large pieces. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, apple juice, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and pepper; bring to boil. Cool. Marinate chicken pieces in above mixture for several hours in a bowl or plastic bag. Alternate on 11 inch skewers as follows: Green pepper, chicken pieces, pineapple chunks, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Grill until done, basting occasionally. Serve over bed of rice. Makes approximately 5 skewers.
