MARINATED CHICKEN KABOBS 
3 to 4 boned and skinned chicken breasts (6 to 8 pieces)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. oil free Italian dressing
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ginger

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine rest of ingredients in large zip loc bag. Shake well. Add chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours overnight.

Place chicken on skewers, alone or with any of the following, onion, cherry tomatoes, water cut in halves, bell pepper, artichoke hearts, mushrooms. Grill, basting with marinade. Serves 4 to 6.
