SESAME CHICKEN KABOBS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/4 c. Russian reduced calorie dressing
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 med. onions, cut into eights
3 sm. zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
Cooking spray

Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces; place in shallow dish. Combine next 6 ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Remove chicken and save marinade. Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewer. Spray grill with Pam. Grill kebabs about 6 inches from medium hot flame for 15-20 minutes. Turn and baste often with marinade.
