CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. boiled diced chicken
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 sm. bag (slivered) almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cheese
Potato chips or onion rings (dried)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into (Pam sprayed) casserole dish. Put cheese on top. Put crushed potato chips (or dried onion rings) on top of that. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, 350 degrees if metal pan. Can be refrigerated overnight before cooking.
