MEATBALLS AND SAUCE 
1/4 c. oil
2 cloves fresh garlic

Saute until it starts to torn brown. Put in pork or spare ribs to cook with it for flavor. Add 2 cans of tomatoes (Progress-Kitchen ready or crushed or puree), pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, tomato paste, and 2-3 cans of water. Cook on low heat for 4 hours, stirring constantly.

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1 raw egg to each lb. of hamburger
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs (Progresso-seasoned)

Soak 2 pieces of sliced bread in water, put in hamburger, salt, pepper, and 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix it up. Make balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add to sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.
