MONSTER PIE (MUENSTER) 
1 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
3/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. oregano and/or 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

In bowl, add flour to slightly beaten egg. Add milk and mix with fork. Add salt and other spices, and half of shredded cheese. Stir with fork. Bake in buttered 9-inch pie plate for 40-45 minutes at 375 to 425 degrees. Take out of oven and put rest of cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese has melted. 6-8 servings. Serve with tossed salad for a special lunch.
