BOILED CUSTARD 
2 qts. milk
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. self rising flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Heat milk until almost boiling. Beat together sugar, eggs, salt, flour and cornstarch. Pour into hot milk and keep beating until mixture begins to thicken. Add 2 tablespoons vanilla. Pour into custard cups.
