CHOCOLATE MOCHA BUTTERBALLS 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 c. nuts

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, cocoa, coffee and salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Form into balls 1 inch in diameter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool, then roll in confectioners' sugar.
