NO - BAKE LO - CAL CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. milk
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1 sm. carton whipped topping
Fruit & chopped nuts

Press cracker crumbs and melted butter into Springform pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Dissolve 1 package lemon Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Put 1 tablespoon plain Jello in 1 tablespoon water, heat over hot surface and add Jello. Add 3/4 cup milk to Jello and gradually mix with softened cream cheese. Chill until slightly thick. Add 1 small carton whipped topping. Chill until thick. Sprinkle top with fruit and chopped nuts.
