APPLE BREAD PUDDING 
2 tsp. butter, melted
4 c. French bread cubes
2 c. chopped apples
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
3 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice

1. Sprinkle butter over bread cubes; mix well. Add apples, raisins and walnuts.

2. In medium bowl beat together sugar, honey, milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice; pour over bread. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place baking dish in a larger pan and fill larger pan with hot water to a level of 1 inch. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 to 75 minutes, or until top of knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
