ORIENTAL HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken breasts
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. grated onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Cut chicken into small bite-size pieces and stir fry until cooked. Mix all ingredients together; chill. Right before serving, mix in chow mein noodles. Makes 8 servings.
