APRICOT TEA LOAF | |
1/3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. orange rind 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. cooking wine (sherry) 1 pkg. apricot bread mix In a small bowl, mix sugar, flour, orange rind, cream cheese and 1 egg. In large bowl, slightly beat 1 egg, juice, wine and bread mix. Stir together and pour 2/3 batter in a greased pan. Spread cheese mix on top and cover with remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Use loaf pan. |
