ORTEGA-EGG CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread (bite size, no crusts)
1 lg. can chilies, cut up, then dry with paper towels
1/2 tsp. dry hot mustard
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Tellomook cheese, grated
1 can chopped mushrooms

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Take out one hour before baking the next morning. Bake in greased baking dish 1 hour, covered, at 350 degrees. Uncover the last 5 minutes to bake up liquid. Can set overnight in the dish you bake it in.

Good for dinner or breakfast. Can be served with red salsa on it.
