BAKED BEANS IN CROCK POT 
1 lb. pink beans
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
Salt
1/4 c. Gulden's mustard
1/3 to 1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 onion, chopped (med.)

Soak beans overnight in crock pot. Next morning, cook in water with salt until tender. Drain excess water until just under top of beans. Add all ingredients. Cook overnight. Stir once in a while. Season to taste. (Recipe takes 2 days. If afraid to leave pot on overnight, turn off, turn back on in morning.)
