NECTAR
 
Any amount of fruit
Water
Sugar
Fruit Fresh

Prepare Fruit Fresh per directions on package. Wash fruit and remove pit. Soak in Fruit Fresh mixture. In blender, blend fruit and water. For each cup fruit, use 1 cup water. Measure nectar and place in large pot on the stove. Bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, add 1 cup of sugar for each 3 cups of nectar. Bring to a boil then preserve in quart jars.

Very easy and delicious!! I did reduce the sugar by 1/3. Also, strained the nectar with mesh strainer before canning.
